person to person. It’s not the helplessness of an individual. The
interdependence is a law in nature which is often used in a negative
sense to suppress the growth of a specific gender.
The political institutions which often become only a seasonal update,
curtail the freedom of women though they preach that they stand for
women’s rights. When an election comes there will be only a less
number of women candidates compared to that of men. The political
system prevailed in Kerala where there is only one female minister is
a notable instance for this. Various religious compartmentalization
too gives less opportunity to the girls and most of them are male
oriented.
The recent movement by Taliban associated organizations where girls
are not allowed even the basic right of education is really shameful
in the modernized world, where technology is considered as a super
power. The attack against the brave girl Malala who reported their
barbarized practices is really not appreciatable. The brutal hanging of
the women Raina Jabbari who fought for her basic right of self
protection is a lamentable one.
There are a lot of restrictions imposed upon a women to travel, to
speak even to pray or dress. Both are created equally though they
have so many physical restrictions. For one’s existence the other is
essential. So it’s no doubt that there is no need for separation as
women and men but individuals with different taste.
